Refund policy

DPI Sports is the purveyor of high end, authentic sports memorabilia. Please note our refund policy differs from the average company. Our autograph authentication program unconditionally guarantees the authenticity of the autograph on every item you purchase. All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure our superior quality standards are met.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take immediate steps to make it right.
We do not accept returns of items unless the item is defective, was damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was shipped. To be considered for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered, or unused, with all original tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact must be made with DPI Sports no later than 48 hours from the date and time of delivery. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date received.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at DPIemail@rogers.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, Return Form, and instructions on how and where to send your package.
After receiving the Return Information, place the item securely in its original packaging, completed Return Form, and Proof of Purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCHANGES
DPI Sports does not accept exchanges unless otherwise noted in our refund policy.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- used items
- worn items
- altered items
For defective or damaged items, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund.

- A 2% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
